lower surrender time

i think it would be a great idea for league to at a lower surrender time of something around 15 minutes? 20 minutes is just to long when one team snow balls to far ahead that there is nothing anyone on your team can do. understand its one thing for one team to be up by a little bit and winning is still possible, however on the flip side when the score is 23 vs 3. and only 14 minutes have passed in the game, if you even walk out of your base there is a 100% chance you will die. no one one your team wants to keep playing, everyone on the other team is board as hell. BUT sadly you still have five minutes if not more of playing this unwinnable game. I hope someone from riot sees this and maybe at the next meeting or (whatever the hell you guys to do to sit down and talk about how to make the game better) this will help alot! we can get out of unwinnable games and on to more and funner games as well! would really help make a all over better game!
