Does blind pick and normal draft share the same mmr?

they're not 100% the same.

but they are in the same ballpark. they're not gonna put a diamond ranked player in a normal game with silvers.

Every queue has its own MMR. I remember when teambuilder started I got nothing but cardboard tier teammates until my MMR adjusted.
