Kindred needs some serious love

Hey play rate has plummeted since she was updated. I maybe see a Kindred now in like 1/50 games and it's usually me playing it lol.

I just don't think it's fair that she had her on hit tank shred gutted but vayne and kog'maw are allowed to keep theirs? Nerfing Kindred is one of the key reasons that tanks like Zac and Maokai are running wild in the jungle with little counterplay. Zac not so much anymore.
