A cool autofill reward and another thing

I know its pretty early in the season but I think it would be pretty cool if you're autofilled and you win your match you get rewarded with more lp than what your mmr is suggested to give you considered to neer wanted to play x position.

And also, it would be cool if you look into a best of 3's match in soloq or flexed like in Street Fighter 5, if your team is salty about a loss and want to run it back? press the rematch option with lp gain or loss from the matches that have been played

I don't know if many people will look at this and/or will look into this or upvote it and all that stuff but I think it would be pretty fun to do that and I think it can make rank more competitive when it comes to improving and recruiting players from high elo to amateur leagues, CS qualifiers, LCS, etc.
