Can AOE travelling skillshots hit more than once?

Varus Q, Nocturne Q, Zed's Q, Ezreal's Ultimate (And W, I think): Spells that travel once, do not change direction, and effect all enemies passed through. If the person being targeted flashed away after being hit letting the skillshot hit them again, would they take dmg twice?

Ahri's Q and Sivir's (I'm not sure what ability, I've just done some research and heard of it happening) can hit up to three or four times if both people flash at the right time, but they're designed to hit multiple enemies multiple times; they do not count.

Most don't. I'm like 80% sure. Ahri and Sivir might act differently because of the boomerang mechanic. The 3 hits might actually be because at MAX range, rather than hitting twice, it hits once for double damage. There was a problem for a while where Ahri's q hit twice at max range but they hot-fixed it, that might be the "4x damage" even that you found. In general though, they should only hit once, even in most cases of Ahri and Sivir

Ezreal's ultimate can hit twice, but it was under test situations- the player teleported, got hit while teleporting, and got hit again in base.

The answer is probably yes to every skillshot, but in an actual gameplay setting would be VERY difficult to achieve.
