QSS but for AP champs

I think we should have an item similar like qss (quicksilver sash) but for AP champs like ahri or leblanc. Please Riot. Make an Item.

zhonyias for ADC

more spell vamp for AP

then we need zhonyas for AD champions

QSS was made specifically for AD champions to have counterplay vs certain AP champions, not that AP champions can't buy a QSS (at worlds IG's nidalee jungle bought QSS against Veigar)
