I got my first account to gold 2, 20 lp before I was permanently banned for intentional feeding:

After making my second account I was somehow placed in silver 2 and haven't moved after 40 games. Check my match history, I'm always doing the most damage on my team but can't win when I always get players who do half of what I'm doing.
ELO Hell doesn't exist. It claims you lose because your teammates are low-ELO. But there are 4 slots on your team for bad players, and 5 slots on their team for bad players. Statistically speaking, if you are better than your current MMR, you will rise. If you play 100 games and you're still Bronze 5, guess what: you're a bronze 5 skill player. The next step is to stop blaming your teammates and figure out what you're doing wrong.
I did this; it works. I took one paid one-hour lesson, and I went from bronze 4 to bronze 2 in about 3 weeks. I had been stuck in B4 for months.
