The fact that you can have 51% tenacity with rune and mercs and nobody pick them this mean something

Cause if you build anything else than Tabi you get killed every time you try to be in team fight as a melee champion cause you get critted every AA from 600 range

Cause even if you build tenacity the game have so many knock up and weird CC types nowdays that are not effected from tenacity that making buying tenacity useless

Cause the game is about who dealt the most damage the faster so picking free AS is always better cause right now the game is not about skills and outplaying someone but just bashing your head to the keyboard till the enemy die or you die so picking tenacity make no sense to this type of gameplay...

And i love that Riot does NOTHING to fix that things...and then people wonder why players quit the game and no i am not gonna say "Omg league is dying"

But for sure league is not fun any more and it become a very bad game at least atm...

I build Legend : Tenacity on Supports and sometimes Ornn (On Hit Ornn)

I definitely build it with Nami . Slippery fish = can't get locked down except by knockups.

They Buffed it a patch or so ago. That was good for a laugh

If Tenacity worked vs knock* then you would see it getting picked all the time. But it only works vs Stuns/roots and slows.

There are so many slows in the game that if you are slowed you will be slowed again in the next 2s so -.2s off a slow means nothing. And there are so many Knock* that if you are stunned or rooted for any amount of time means you WILL be knocked* so it does not matter if the stun/root was for .5s vs 1.5s. YOu were knocked* for .75s
