I'm not really liking the new AP/CDR changes for long-range mages...

Seems to me like with how the changes are going, a build is going to be even more criminal for someone like etc.

Are they not even supposed to have good CDR nowadays? Even with and getting CDR, not all these new CDR options are going to favor long-range mages, who also will now have to contend with bad mana regen that usually solved.
