If Kennen is going to be nerfed i think looking at the length his Marks stay on someone or his W cd

As someone who loves playing kennen top and mid it would be really sad if he got his ult or damage nerfed to the point where people can just sit in it and not be punished very hard for being positioned badly.

I think the timing on his marks should go down since sometimes in lane mid-late game with CDR i can just keep using W and stun with it if they don't leave range, something that should maybe be looked at also is the CD of his E which is up so often late game it offers him some of the best chasing and kiting.

(As for the posts about "Ranged top laners being aids/cansur" i find it funny watching the Olaf/Darius/Garen players stand in my auto range and take harass and not realize how to react to ranged top laners)
