different ranked placements/promos

new possible placements system: 5 games against people based on your normal mmr are played to sort of determine your level of play. then you play another 3 games with players of the rank that was determined from the first 5 games. If you get a good score the last 2 games of your placements will be against higher ranked players. if you get a bad score the last 2 games will be played against a higher rank. If you win the last 2 you will be placed higher, if you win 1 and lose 1 you get placed at that rank, if you lose both you will be placed at a lower rank.

new possible promos system: first game of promos determines your level of play, the next game will be against players of the determined rank. if you lose it you will be placed at that rank again, if you win it you will be placed against a higher rank the last game. if you win the last game this is where you will be placed, if you lose the last 2 games you will be placed at the rank at which you were before the promos.
