Scaling

So today since I had nothing to do I decided to join a 1v1 game. Turns out the person is a master tier smurf. In game he fucked me in the ass but he also acted pretty egotistical and kept saying things like, another silver noob, I wanted a challenge and I get another noob *sigh. I didn't really care but the thing after caught my attention. He said, silver noobs like you play champs that scale hard like yas aatrox or jax. And he also said something about vlad and swain being really strong and used in lower elo. And pretty sure u realized by now, I play mostly yas, aatrox, gnar and some jax. Thoughts? I'm wondering if I should keep playing champs like yas/aatrox/jax. Thoughts? First discussion I will appreciate comments! <3
