I feel like Master Arcanist Ziggs's particles aren't clear

I recently played against one in a teambuilder game and while I ordinarily have no difficulty dodging Ziggs bombs, I found myself always reacting imprecisely, and thus failing to dodge a lot of his poke. Since I was Veigar at the time, it was... painful. Honestly, it felt like playing against Steel Legion Lux on ARAM.

Maybe it's because I'm colorblind, but I don't know why that'd impact anything since it's blue on green and it's red I have trouble with. I wasn't tired, inebriated, or anything else that ought to increase my reaction time. Is anyone else having a similar reaction?

I feel the same exact way. Dodging his Q feels so much more difficult than typical Ziggs skins. Also it doesn't have the clinging sound when it bounces which was an audio queue I like to listen for.

And if it makes you feel better I'm not colorblind, nor was I inebriated. I was playing Azir into him which is a relatively even matchup for me that I generally win (I play a lot of Azir..), but I got behind due to some really good play (and a tent set up) by their jungler, and once he started lobbing Qs at me under my turret I started to realize how much more difficult it was to dodge that skin.
