Can Shen and Twisted Fate get a slight buff?

Hello! Friendly terrible champion main here. I love Shen and Twisted Fate! Could we look at giving them some love? I know Shen just got a small buff, but I feel you're buffing the wrong part. I would really like Shen's ult to scale off of Shen's HP. There is no point in trying to bait out big abilities with Shen's ult because of so many execute abilities and his shield is actually just too small. If you make it scale off of Shen's HP then you actually give him incentive and advantages for winning lane and getting more gold.

Twisted fate struggles because EVERYTHING does so much burst and he basically becomes a stun bot out of lane. His "drawn out" fights put him at a disadvantage. I think a good way to buff him is to have his Red Card return some missing HP. This could incentivize him to throw a card that isn't yellow on purpose in team fights.

I don't claim to be a balance master, but I do know that my 2 favorite champs have so many matchups that feel not great to play in the current meta. :)

Riot can't buff shen without breaking him in competitive then nerfing him. It's sad, but that's the truth.

tf is not bad in higher elos, he is meant to be a utility of ganking other lanes, not some sort of 1v1 machine

The point is that picking them is trading off damage for the utility their ultimates provide. Slapping on a bunch of buffs, even if they're not strictly damage, would just remove the trade-off.

That said, I do agree Shen's ultimate shouldn't scale AP since there's no room for any AP in his build. But buffing the shield would require nerfing the teleport effect.

Twisted Fate just needs a rework. Having a second passive as an ability instead of just being part of the passive is a really outdated mechanic. But they'd still need to adjust his ultimate, too. It just provides way too much utility to give him anything else.

Shens ult scaling with hp would be completely broken Even another 100 shield would be powerful. The main purpose of his ult is to get into a fight.

As for TF, he is great at catching out enemies with a point and click stun. But giving him even more sustain, thats just op... he wpuld basically become a vlad with unlimited mana and healing.

While id also like to see these champions buffed, this wouldnt be the way to do it.

The issue with TF and Shen is they can turn any other 1v1 into a 1v2 at a moments notice from extremely far away, and both of them have a hard CC. Those two parts alone is very powerful in organized play.

TF having a point and click stun is also a powerful utility that many champions don't have. It doesn't matter how many dashes (or flash) an enemy champion has to avoid skill shots, if they can't go un-targetable or block that card they're getting stunned.
