Enemy Icon Targeting

Enemy icons permanently displayed on screen above allied icons. Enemy icons will be grayed out when allied team doesn't have vision and in color when they do. Enemy icons can be right clicked for auto attacking. Enemy icons can be QWER clicked (just like allied icons) for ability targeting.
