Latency 8/16

2/3 games today I experienced severe latency. I was discord during one of the games and experienced 0 latency in chat, however in game I was at 850 ms. During both matches that this happened in speedtest were ran and 20ms was the average ping, 100 megs dl and 12 ul. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
