Returning from League
So I decided to return to League of Legends after some months of not playing. I remember stopping at roughly the Irelia rework. What are important things I should know now?

Lucian is getting buffs to sell skins at worlds.
Damage is too damn high.
The list could go on and on.
The games in a pretty dire spot right now
