Will the meta change in preseason?

I'm referring to the meta where the winning botlane = win the game.

I want a meta where teamwork and strategy prevails, not 1 death costing a tower and herald. I want to be able to make a comeback.

Power needs to be shifted from botlane to the other three lanes so other lanes can impact the game too.

Also! The terrible matchmaking, where winning streaks have to be ended by matching silvers against diamonds (Complete waste of time. If one team MUST lose, what is the point of playing?)
