Rito had done pretty well nerfing full tank melee carries before

It's the famous ekko treatment. same were done for fizz.

so i think it should be easy to do the same for master yi, fiora, akali, and everybody.

fyi about ekko treatment: Soon after released, people discovered tank jg ekko, ehich was absurbly strong because of his high base dmg. Rito nerfed his base dmg by a lot and increased his scaling so he actually need to build dmg to do dmg. Same thing was done to ad tank fizz top except it wasnt as efficient because fizz is cancer.
