@meddler enough of us chatting, what is Riot's view on ArPen?

Is armor pen stacking seen as a problem? Or is it fine for an AD to buy a bunch of lethality, and then when tanks become too much of a nuisance, tack on an LW or cleaver so that they can shred tanks and stil nuke squishies?

Any plans within the next patch or so?
