Daily Request For Renekton Nerf (8/18/2019)
Nerf Renekton. He should not be able to one shot from level 3 on.

Just make his W not apply on hit effects. As much as I dont like saying that, but its the reason why he abuses Spear, and couple it with PTA's 3 hit requirement, allows him to deal so much damage, as his Q and E are still available to do damage afterwards. Black Cleaver already applies on any phys damage, so he wouldn't lose that.
