@Riot, Any plans for Aatrox?

Aatrox was my first main, and so he kind of holds a special place in my heart. Nothing was more enjoyable than playing him at the early levels and baiting noobs under my tower because they didn't know what my passive was.

On to the real post:

I was wondering what plans you guys had for ? It's no secret that he has been relatively untouched (save for that "buff" where his ult fills his bloodwell) and left to dry for a long time now. The introduction of devourer helped him, but it was soon realized that other champions were much better in a variety of ways still, and so while he was changed his position/role in league was not.

I think I speak for others here when I say, we don't want you to rush it. If I had it my way, I'd be willing to wait for a new skin to be introduced, complete with both a lore and champion rework. Obviously this would take some time to complete, but it's been much too long sense Aatrox was actually included in your game. You gave him the Sea Hunter skin (which is pretty awesome) but he lacks the kit to back it up.

For those who wonder why I want a lore rework/update, it's because Aatrox's lore is about as vague as Bard's. He's described as a mysterious Darken being who appears at wars to turn the tides in favor of the losing side. He is also hinted as the creature in Tryndamere's lore. As far as I know, that's it. He lacks depth and thought in almost every aspect of the game, from kit to lore.

This is why I wanted to know, when will my favorite (badass) war-demon of the Darkin race be given some attention?

Edit: When it comes to his lore, there are questions left unanswered:

• Who are the other 4 living among the Darkin Race?
• Origins of the Darkin Race (also why are there only 5 left alive)?
• Do the other Darkin have a theme with them? (Aatrox's theme is war)
• Why does Aatrox care about Trynd? What makes him special enough for his attention?
• Will they ever meet again? I mean, they are rivals and they have so far only met once in the lore. Surely you guys plan on expanding on that right?
