Why? Ill get you some math:
: 3% MANA RECOVER ON CRITS.
: 3% CURRENT MANA SPENT, DEALS THE DOUBLE OF THAT AMOUNT AS BONUS DAMAGE ON HIT. -
If you hit the 50% Crit Chance with this build you will be dealing massive damage with Runaan (and you hit it with Trinity and Runaan).

Each 1k mana means: 60 damage on hit when full, and it does not go down with full crit.

With 3K mana (regular with this build) you get 240 damage on hit plus the critical.

if you use AP and because if you get too much mana the shield can scale up to 800-1100
- Final Math: Your Main Basic Attack will deal up to 900-1400 damage, and your bolts 600 damage minimum.
