How come Warwick doesn't run in all 4's when you activate predator?

Is it because of his W/Passive W? I know he generally runs in all 4's almost throughout the entire game but when I activate Predator, I kinda wanna feel that hunting side of Warwick instead of just running in two legs.

Maybe this can apply to other champions as well where their running animation is like the fountain one.

I just played a warwick game with predator and it's so much fun with the speed, just felt unsatisfying seeing him run in two legs like he needs to use the bathroom lol
