@riot small pantheon changes

Can make pantheon q and e to scale with totall AD, W to be a kinda skill shot(it might me something like tristana's W), E to apply on hit effects, oh and also please fix the bugged ultimate(the bugg is that it takes 2 and 2 sec instead 2 and 1,5 sec)

Also can you remove(or make it 33% like 's E and even tho garen dont have any problems wave clearing) the dumb 50% less damage against minions from E, pantheon cant wave clear and even if E is maxed in order to kill the caster minions you need to buy BF and continue buying heavy AD items and melee minions cant be oneshotted, they require 1 hit each
