Normals Vs. Ranked

Ok let's clear this up.

In Ranked it is NOT acceptable to not understand the basic levels of the game as well as that of your "rank" level. In Ranked you ruin others gameplay by not understanding the game enough to not "feed" In Ranked you should never declare, "it's just a game" just because you decided you shouldn't try anymore or because well you know.. Ranked apparently is just normals

In Normals you can try anything you want and do anything you want. Hell, it's a place to learn new champions have at it and no one should be getting upset for someone feeding, they are practicing.
