Matchmaking fix pls

Riot, can you fix the matchmaking for your clients? I mean How is this fair...that in ranked, i play with 2 unranked players that do not learn from mistakes and keep feeding without thinking about something like this : ,,Oh hey, i am feeding, maybe i should stop.", while the enemy team are ALOT better. I am not even bitching about bad teammates it's just that ranked is one sided, this one time i lost 8 games in a row, not because i was feeding, but because in literally all of those games, our botlane was feeding and kept making the same mistake (didn't try to prevent from feeding), so they lost me the game. I am pretty sure it is not a coincidence that the enemy team kills my team's botlane at 3 minutes literally every game And also the fact that when i win a few games in a row, i get the types of players that are just retarded kids, they take the most difficult champions to play, thinking that they WILL sometime do a gosu play and carry...well...never seen one of those, they just keep feeding and do not focus on their champion's strong sides. (E.g. Vayne farmin' in botlane while enemy team fucks us sideways in mid, Vayne:Team wtf figth without me?, Vayne ults, flashes in a 1v5, dies in less than a second) Ranked=One sided, unfair.

In normals i played with a Diamond 2....A DIAMOND 2 PLAYER!!!! I played with a player...that was literally 12 ranks above me...and i have loads of examples about these high ranking players in normal games, the hell? How am i supposed to have fun when the enemy Lee Sin dodges and outplays and outpredicts everyone on my team all the time? How is getting butt-punded supposed to be a fun gameplay?
