really need to fix the leavebuster

now I understand that the reason be hide leavebuster but I needs some leeway. if you were afk at the begging of a game and came back and finished it. you should not get leavebuster. if you have a emblem that states you are a respectable player It needs to let that person have more trys before getting leavebuster.
