Am i the only one finding that in this season you can't carry yourself out of low silver anymore?

It was going well when i started playing this season, placed bronze 4, climbed to silver 5 without much problems, (around 65% winrate) And then the shit fest started, like bronze 5 but worse, people feeding, trolling, not listening, winning hard early then throwing hard late game (scores like 7/22 all the time one one side or the other) i had good win streaks first but then i started losing and losing game without being able to do anything to carry, finallly things settled up i went to silver 3 but then lose streak again all the way down to silver 5, then i duoed with smurfs until silver 3 climbed to silver 2 then yea, fallen all the way to silver 5 and yeah, now its win one lose one win one lose one win one lose one win 2 fucking bullshit lose streak win one lose one win one lose one lose lose lose lose (teams getting worse), riot, fuck your game
