The Ranked Remake LP Penalty is too grave. It is not normal for a penalty to be as substantial as an actual defeat, derived from a ~35 minute game. Syllogism would suggest that a subsequent penalty for such a circumstance would be far less than an actual LP lose due to a defeat.
