RIOT FIX YOUR LAG SPIKES

I'm seriously sick of losing Rank games after 15min because my champion for absolute no REASON LAG spikes. There has been numerous report of that. People DC and games going 2 vs 5 because 3 people DC. Its not us. Its not our CONNECTION ITS your DAMN SERVER.
