Which is better Tanky Top Ekko or Ap Mid Ekko or Bruiser Jungle Ekko?

they are all good. depends on your skill.

Truth be told, it depends. Right now, Ekko is not even that strong. His ap mid build does dmg, but if you try to stun, it will be hard and you won't get much use out of the ult. Tankko does too less damage right now and bruiser is just meh imo. If you're good mechanically, I'd say ap mid with one r two tanky items.

In my honest opinion all of them sucks right now especially mid ap ekko.
