Buff FIora

I just don't feel that she's able to perform anymore. With Fervor being removed I had to completely change my play style from being aggressive to passive. But almost every game I don't get to do anything because the games end so early it rarely gets to mid-late where she is most significant. Please buff her kit or just bring fervor back.
