Normal Blind Pick

feel free to answer-: 1] what is the concept of blind pick[considering level 30 account already] 2] dependent upon masteries? 3] dependent upon rune page "quantity" and types? 4] dependent upon rank win ratio? 5] dependent upon quantity of normal wins? in short... 1] once you join the queue how the word "PICK" gets pick in your team and other team people.

after playing certain games you expect a good team,[for fun game] what RIOT says "if you abuse you will lose more games[they have it in numbers also 31% to be EXACTLY]" 1] its so obvious we do not abuse we expect fun game mode:- meaning of "FUN"- 1] if i am having 400+ or 600+ and so on normal game [wins] 2] i expect my teammates should NOT be coming as [50+/100+ normal wins] 3] they should be around minimum 150+ normal [wins] 4] i called this as "FUN GAME PICKING MODE" 5] most of the time "RIOT" messed it up. 6] once you noticed the difference which you all "WILL" either in your team or other team 7] its over for you...
