I feel like stealth is a crappy mechanic, but would be OP without true sight...

I mean, at the moment you can just drop a pink ward or use an Oracle's. Almost all stealths at the moment have some kind of warning, such as Shaco's smoke, Rengar's exclamation, Evelynn not being able to come into a certain range without being seen, etc., but almost all stealthed champs are assassins besides Twitch(who is marked as an assassin despite being a DoT champ besides his base AA's), so just popping out of nowhere with no true sight would delete counterplay and be pretty OP.

Maybe Riot could make something else? Maybe make it so with true sight you can see the enemy like with the new Oracle's Lens where you see a basic idea of where they are but not exactly and can't target them or see their health(including pinks, not including towers maybe?).
