a good idea for riot since they have a lot of bad ideas

I like what they did with graves, but every adc feels like they all have machine guns later on. It would be cool if riot emphasized on riots long range some more with caitlyn while maybe slowing down her attack speed w/ sniper rifle also season 6 is bad . . . thank . . . also isnt it interesting how riot removed balance from this board because the interns on the balance team dont like to listen to the playerbase
