~ I do like seeing champions being allowed flex positions. For Lulu this means allowing her to be played middle lane and support for example, just in a way where it is never oppressive or frustrating to go against.

~ Something that has always urked me is that Glitterlance (Q) offer the super and unique element of two skill shots, but they do not interact with each other. This ends up causing a few problems because it means Lulu can effectively double her range on her Q without negatives, where as if the damage was reduced but both skill shots can damage the same target then safety range means significantly less poke and harass, while riskier more aggressive play is where her damage will be at. ~ ~ So let's say we make Q damage 60% of the damage it is now, but the same target can be damaged by both skill shots for a total of 120% damage of what it is now; while the slow is still the same power regardless. Basically it makes solo-lane Lulu (and even fixes flaws with support Lulu) to have to commit for waveclear and harass and if she goes for the safe harass then she is missing a chunk of damage while placing the skill on cooldown. Slow being the full power with 1 or 2 shots hit allows for the utility aspect to always be there, which is the important feature for support anyways.

~ Whimsy (W) I want to see a little more skill placed into it:

~ ~ Ally Whimsey would be more fun for the player and more skill dependent with a much lower duration, but the speed buff is a lot higher for the super fast zoom-zoom aspect even as support - duration becomes static and movement speed scales with rank (and still ability power) instead. ~ ~ ~ Another quality of life feature would be instead of giving bonus attack speed, which will reduce power fluff, is that Lulu will also gain the speed buff for casting it on an allied champion (opposed to only herself). This way it allows for the support to stick with her team rather than get left behind because she sped up an ally while she remained super slow.

~ ~ Enemy Whimsey will be two fold: ~ ~ ~ First is make the cast and effect instant, but the duration is massively reduced (and barely scales with rank this way), but... ~ ~ ~ Second is make the polymorph duration DOUBLE if the target was recently damaged by Pix's attacks (the little fairy creature that follows Lulu and attacks with her, or can be thrown onto an ally, with the shots only able to damage the first enemy they collide with) ~ ~ ~ ~ Example will be 0.8/0.9/1/1.1/1.2 second(s) polymorph duration based on rank, if the target was damaged by Pix within 1.5 seconds or something before that then the duration will double to 1.6/1.8/2/2.2/2.4 seconds (current is 1.25-2.25 seconds based on rank). ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ This is in an attempt to make Polymorph more skill orientated and incorporate Pix more into the kit. Making it an instant cast will allow for reactive play and a very nice quality of life feature for the Lulu player with responsiveness.

~ Help, Pix! (E) is just the ally cast that need some work because most shields in the game right now require no skill to use and I want to change that. Since shields are meant to be a damage mitigation tool then let's add a timing element to the ability. ~ ~ So the shield and duration will be either halved or dropped to 60% of its current value and can potentially double it, for this let's say it is 60% of the value so that the reward actually feels like a reward. What will happen is that you shield someone for 50+50%AP for 3.5 seconds, if they take damage from a significant source like epic monsters, champions, or tower within the 1st second of the shield being applied, then the same shield strength (50+50%AP) and same shield duration (3.5 seconds) will be ADDED on to the previous already existing value and remaining duration for a grand total of 100+100%AP shield for 7 seconds; these are just example numbers remember! ~ ~ ~ Pix will just remain on the allied target for 6 seconds regardless of what happens to not interrupt offensive use with the shield. As I said, a change like this / or something along these lines should be implemented to have a shield feel like it requires skill to use rather than be a mindless process. Also the shield is 6 seconds right now.

~ Lulu's ultimate is in a good spot right now with offensive and defensive use and can decide how the player wants or needs to use it, I see nothing wrong with it.

Pix, Faerie Companion (Passive): Lulu is assisted by Pix, a faerie, who fires a barrage of 3 magic bolts to the target enemy whenever the target he follows basic attacks. These attacks can only damage the first enemy they come in contact with, dealing 5-40(+10%AP) magic damage per bolt.

Pix himself and his attacks apply Glitter to targets for 3 seconds. Glitter greatly enhances Lulu's abilities. Lulu can only gain Glitter for herself from Pix's attacks and abilities.

Glitterlance (Q): Cooldown: 7 seconds; Cost: 65 mana; Range: 1000 units Lulu and Pix both fire a magic lance of glitter in the target direction, both can damage the same target, dealing 50/75/100/125/150(+40%AP) magic damage and slowing down by 80% that decays over 1.5 seconds, 3 seconds if the target enemy was inflicted by Glitter.

All targets struck by Glitterlance have Glitter applied to them.

Whimsy (W): Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds; Cost: 65 mana; Range: 650 units Ally Cast: Lulu speeds up the target ally or herself by 30/35/40/45/50%(+5% per 100AP) for 3 seconds. If the target was inflicted by Glitter then this bonus is enhanced to 90/105/120/135/150%(+15% per 100AP) that decays to 30/35/40/45/50%(+5% per 100AP) over 3 seconds.

Lulu gains this bonus for herself if she casts Whimsy on an allied champion.

Enemy Cast: Lulu polymorphs the target enemy for 0.7/0.9/1.1/1.3/1.5 seconds, this duration doubles if the target was inflicted by Glitter.

Help, Pix! (E): Cooldown: 10 seconds; Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 mana; Range: 900 units Ally Cast: Lulu sends Pix to shield the target ally or herself for 70/90/110/130/150(+100%AP) shield for 1.5 seconds, increased to 6 seconds if the target is inflicted by Glitter.

Enemy Cast: Lulu sends Pix to the target enemy, dealing 60/90/120/150/180(+30%AP) magic damage and applying true vision for 4 seconds.
