I belive that you all know that when Nunu 
ult in a bush or behind the Drag pit/ Baron pit that you don't have vision , you pass by and you can't even able to react 
becoz he has been channeled skill .
That's kinda unfair , it is not the face checking bush issue , it's just simply you going to do your job as placing a ward. I don't have idea to improve this yet but at least this have to be solved by Riot , welcome to leave awesome suggestions here.
You can hide in a bush in real life, and be hidden, but if you turn on lets say, a flashlight and or make a noise, of course people are going to know you're in the bush...
I'm not saying bushes shouldn't hide you, but they shouldn't hide something that not only is affecting the bush but also the area around it.. say a nunu ult.. I think there should be a red circle coming out near the bush.
also if you laugh or make a joke inside a bush that isn't warded, can the enemy hear it? Because if you play hide and seek and your friends are in a bush giggleing, you can hear them..

So you're saying you want Nunu's ult to visible beyond the fog of war?
You realize that it only does meaningful damage if he managed to complete the ~3s channel time, right? Short of combining his ult with another CC aoe (like Galio's), channeling a bush is his only option.
Also when you have an enemy nunu going full AP and you see the bottom of your champ covered in frost, you should change directions immediately.
also why would you not ward? my body literally aches when I'm surrounded by the fog of war.
you do know that you are still slowed right? if you suddenly move slower when approaching a brush and there is a Nunu on the other team then chances are that Nunu is in that brush
