As most absolute statements, this one is wrong.

Sure, Runaan is more overall DPS is pretty much all cases. But sometimes, you don't want overall DPS. Shiv is still better for burst, probably better wave clear (need to test to be sure) and even if it's not perfect for that, it also gives a little increased range for poke that Runaan doesn't give. To be fair, you mention most of that in the video itself, but the titles are misleading.

So, is Runaan "better than Shiv in all cases"? No.

IMO shiv should be remade for melee champs because trynd, yasuo, and occasionally shaco get it. I think if they make it melee focused, it'd help differentiate the two items.
