As the title would suggest, I've knocked back, punched up, stabbed, slammed and stunned Ezreal during his ultimate channel and he still gets it off. Is there something I'm missing in how his ability works? Because I'm fairly certain it's a channel.
Ezreal (and Lux) lacks a channel. What you're seeing is an animation, Ezreal's Ultimate (and E) finishes casting as soon as you activate it, the only way to stop it before it launches is to kill him.
It's animation, not channel. Channel = Kata, Fiddle, Karthus.
I think it'd be cool if they did a sweeping evaluation of abilities like these. Lux and Ezreal have VERY short cooldowns on their respective ultimates for how powerful they are. They're also long range. It doesn't seem too out of line to say that if you can get to them and cc them, it should cancel it. This post will likely be downvoted to hell, but it's food for thought that'll never likely happen.
