Why can't you 'invite' or 'add friend' people from clubs?

You can't right-click on people in your clubs. Is this a bug or just an unrefined feature? It looks pretty useless the way it is now. If you make 5-man party events, at least make it a bit easier to find and invite people to your party. If clubs are supposed to replace chat rooms, a lot of work has to be done.
