I know Lamb and Wolf aren't gone gone, they are just in counter pick hell, but I would like to see them more. Do you think the buffed BORK will be enough?

How frequently does Kindred even build it?

Bloodrazor and her passive already provide a significant amount of on-hit physical damage, so you are probably better off amplifying that rather than adding more.

IIRC, Kindred built something along the lines of: item 3006 item 1419 item 3085 item 3022 item 3071

First off, the changes to BoRK got pulled from the PBE. Second, they were actually nerfs when you see that the active was changed to just slow and not provide damage anymore. Now, when they rework the active better and add the changes back in, it's probably going to be a pretty good buff to on-hit champions like Kindred, Kalista, Kog'Maw, and Twitch.
