Because there's no way for a computer to tell how useful anyone really is in a game.
The support is supposed to have 0 kills. So they always get less lp
If you're worried about your teammates doing poorly then maybe you should play a utility or teamfight mid instead of spamming Zed and wondering why your team hates you.
