Key Fragment Drought

Its been about 2-3 weeks since ive had a key fragment. Im constantly playing with my friends in a premade and in that time one of them has received 4 full keys and the other has received 3 full keys. I am yet to receive a fragment. I have gained 0 key fragments. Im bout to sell my soul to satan for key here, help.
