Does anyone else get fed up with the ranking system and uneven queues?

So I've been playing this game for about 5 or 6 years now. Ive been constantly placed in bronze even though I'm pretty sure I have above average skills and knowledge of them game. out of 10 games I might have a couple where I get beat in lane but I know enough to win late game. the problem I seem to face is that about 5 or 6 of those 10 games I have people on my team who just feed cripplingly and constantly blow games for my team. a lot of bronze players refuse to listen to your help and sometimes there is really nothing you can do. its really annoying and sometime I tilt about it bc its pretty damn frustrating. do they even balance Queues based on skill? they have all the measurements now for landing spells and all that other bs for S ratings but they still cant find a more balanced ranking system? or even just a more balanced queue based on players skills. I wouldn't mind waiting a minute or two more for a balanced game with people of equal skill on either team. now I'm sitting on a 14 day ban bc I told my adc he was "retarded" for making bad plays constantly even after I had explained how to go about the situation. its not like a say personal things or make fun of them as a person, I just say stuff about the play that is happening and point out the bads moves... i don't even flame on people really. i don't say much beyond "if you would stop doing dumb shit we can win" after explaing what it was that would work better. idk maybe I'm just an asshole. and also the fact that you can be banned for saying mean words is kind of dumb. their is a chat filter and a mute. people get upset about having shitty players on their team and they have no control over a win. I spend real currency on skins and what not and I cant use them or play the game ive paid money into bc someone who blew a game for my team, and I said something mean to them... lol pussification of America at its finest. when i have shitty games and people tell me I'm doing shit i don't say anything bc i know they are right. i don't cry about it and get them banned. o well... I hope all the summonses banning people for flaming them about sucking find their safe zone and don't get too triggered...... see you in bronze in 14 days.
