bug splash in champion select

hey i wonder im i only one who's getting this kind of error , and after it i dodge a champion select and need to wait 15-30 min till i can start another queue , i guess nothing gonna happen with this post but , however i tried reinstall league and repair and other kind of stuff and still same .. anyone help would actually be cool.
