it starts off with riot taking an underplayed champion

buffs it to the point of being broken

Nerfs it until its gutted

a VERY VERY Good example is

when kindred came out she was shit, riot gave her some love until it went to the point when it became broken

kindred was nerfed - gutted to be in fact

do you even see kindreds anymore? no
