Never received my blue essence. Yes I opened my Orbs.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I was told I was going to get around 20k blue essence back after I played. I played until I won because I thought that was why I wasn't getting more orbs. I received a few orbs, but ones with only 1k essence in them, so I had spent everything I had before because I was like "oh I'm gonna get essence back it's ok, I can spend some and get a ward and some icons and maybe a chroma or two" but then I got maybe an 1/9th of what I was supposed to receive, It's happening to a friend of mine as well. Please fix this, hopefully anyone else having this issue also speaks up because I'm pissed, because I've leveled multiple times and just barely made it back past 2k because I'm getting garbage champions out of the level up loot.
