Why is certainlyT still allowed to make champs?

Because it's nice to see kits that have interesting designs behind them. The guy makes some of the most fun champions in the game that do some really cool stuff. Following the typical formula of Q- Damage, main skill W- Utility/steroid E-Mobility R-Big bang boom for every champion would be completely stupid and boring.
