question about "juggernauts".....

I want to ask a honest to god question here.

with ALL the mobility creep in this game, whats the point of ever picking a "juggernaut" when they get kited to all hell? have u ever seen a garen or morde trying to chase down a ekko or shaco? funniest shit in the damn universe.
